Embroidered patch setup fee is $30-40 depending on the time it takes to digitize your artwork.

The price varies based on your design, size, and quantity. The minimum order is just 10 pieces, and the cost per item decreases with larger orders, offering significant savings for higher quantities.

Patches come in all shapes and sizes. We have created small patches for scouts and military uniforms, as well as larger patches for biker jackets and sports teams. Whether you need round, square, rectangular, triangular, or oval patches, we have the experience to meet your needs.

We offer a choice of traditional sew-on backing, iron-on backing, or hook backing. Each type has its advantages. Custom iron-on patches can adhere to various fabrics and clothing and can be easily attached with a standard home iron. Sew-on patches can be stitched onto clothing, headwear, purses, and backpacks with finished die-cut borders.

We can make patches up to 14 inches in width or height if you choose sew-on backing. If you have specific size requirements or additional details, please fill in the message inbox. If you don't specify the exact size, we will determine the best size based on your design.

No custom patches can be returned. Again, we will repair or exchange at our discretion.
